Membership of The 7 Iron Club is open to all golfers aged 18 and over residing in the United Kingdom.
By applying for membership you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The Club reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account or membership benefits with any other person.
Annual membership fees are as set out on the membership selection page at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in pounds sterling (GBP).
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The 7 Iron Club does not store your card details.
Membership fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase, except where required by law.
Membership is annual. There is no automatic renewal. You will receive a reminder before your membership expires.
Tournament entry fees are separate from membership fees and are non-refundable once an event has taken place. Cancellation prior to the event may be subject to an administration charge.
Entry to tournaments is subject to availability. The Club reserves the right to limit entries at its discretion.
All players must have a verified Handicap Index to compete in ranked events. Unverified handicaps may be accepted at the committee's discretion for non-ranked rounds.
Submission of fraudulent handicap information or scorecards is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate disqualification and membership termination.
Tournament green fees are included in the entry fee unless otherwise stated. Players are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
The Club accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising during tournament participation. Players participate at their own risk.
All members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values of the game of golf and the reputation of The 7 Iron Club.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory or violent behaviour — whether in person, in the app, or on social media — will result in immediate suspension and permanent ban.
Cheating, including score manipulation, sandbagging or any form of match fixing, will result in disqualification, removal from leaderboards and termination of membership.
Members are expected to respect all golf venues, their staff, and fellow members at all times.
Slow play, refusal to follow course rules, or conduct that brings the Club into disrepute may result in disciplinary action.
Complaints about member conduct can be submitted to hello@7ironclub.co.uk. All complaints will be reviewed by the club committee.
The committee may issue a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on the severity of the breach.
Members will be notified of any disciplinary action and given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases of serious or dangerous conduct where immediate suspension applies.
Banned members are not entitled to a refund of any unused membership period.
The committee's decisions are final.
Prize funds are distributed as stated in the tournament rules. The Club reserves the right to withhold prizes where results are under investigation.
The Purse Prize Pot is funded by voluntary contributions and a portion of entry fees as set out at the time of each event.
Prize funds will not be distributed until all results have been verified and any appeals resolved.
The Club is not responsible for tax obligations arising from prize winnings. Recipients are responsible for declaring any applicable income.
The 7 Iron Club app is provided for the exclusive use of paying members.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others.
Handicap screenshots submitted for verification must be genuine and unedited. Submitting false documentation is a serious breach of these terms.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the club.
Teams must have a minimum average handicap of 10.0 to participate in team events. The Club may adjust this threshold at its discretion.
Team captains are responsible for ensuring their team members comply with all club rules.
The Club reserves the right to disqualify a team for any rules breach by any team member.
The 7 Iron Club reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the app.
Continued use of the app or participation in club events after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The 7 Iron Club is operated by FULFIL.X LTD, registered in England and Wales.
